Open Drop-In Fitness Classes


Welcoming students on a drop-in basis, the Open Fitness Program offers various fitness conditioning classes. The Open Fitness classes are offered on an annual (September through June) on-going basis.

The OPEN PROGRAM follows the School Calendar, September – June.

This class is a exercise class that combines yoga, pilates, dance, and Tai chi. A wonderful movement methodology for any age or mobility level. No movement experience necessary. GYROKINESIS® classes encompass sitting, lying, and standing positions. A wonderful form of exercise that improves mobility, flexibility and functional support for daily living


Stretch & Strengthen combines smaller movements for strengthening and toning together with larger movements for stretching and lengthening. With focused attention on control and awareness of muscle groups, you experience a full body workout that engages your brain as well as your body.

There is no registration fee for this program. All participants must fill out an annual registration form and sign-in for each class.

Student must present card to be marked and sign in at each class.

Classes subject to change.

Class cards are non-transferable.

Lost or stolen cards are non-refundable and will not be replaced.

Class cards are valid the entire year in which purchased and must be presented prior to each class.

Comfortable fitting work out clothes

Please supply and bring your own yoga mat for GYROKINESIS® and Beyond the Barre.
