OPEN FITNESS PROGRAM
Welcoming students on a drop-in basis, the Open Fitness Program offers various fitness conditioning classes that can be supplemental to Dance classes or used as daily exercise. The Open Fitness classes are offered on an annual (September through June) on-going basis.
The OPEN FITNESS PROGRAM follows the School Calendar, September – June.
Please look at **INTERIM schedule below for OPEN FITNESS class offerings and schedule.
No dance experience necessary in OPEN FITNESS classes.
*Please bring your own mat to Fitness classes.
NO Open Fitness classes on these dates:
Mon 9 through Sun 15 – School Spring Break ( please refer to Interim Classes below)
