Children’s Program

For young children ages three to six.

*Please note: Children must be 3 years of age and toilet trained.

The Children’s Program introduces children, three to six years old, to dance through a carefully designed syllabus with an emphasis on musicality, imagination, and creative movement in an enthusiastic and nurturing environment.

Class sizes are limited

Number of classes per week: 1

Performance opportunity: Annual Nutcracker (students must be registered for the entire school year) and biennial School showcase and Demonstration performance.

September – June,  Two 16–week semesters

  • Female:PALE PINK/ PINK leotard (CAPEZIO #CC201C child high neck tank or THEATRICALS #N5500C or MIRELLA #M201C Child’s scoop front camisole), pink footed tights and pink leather ballet slippers.
  • Ballet wrap sweaters in PINK or SKY BLUE (THEATRICALS #TH5514C/EUROTARD #72523C) are allowed for class if the temperature is cold.
  • Male: White T- shirt, black leggings, white socks, black ballet shoes.
  • Hair should be secured away from the face and pinned up to not flop in the face(ballet bun is appreciated – please supply your own bobby pins and hair tie)
  • White long sleeve shirts are accepted in class if the temperature is cold
