Two performances, March 21 and 22 at 4pm
Spring Dance at ARC features early dances from the 17th and 18th century re-created with staging by Dance Historian Anna Mansbridge for the first half, and excerpts of the classical ballet La fille mal gardée, a charming comedic ballet choreographed by Artistic Director Marie Chong that will premier in its entirety on May 30, 2026.
This family-friendly performance, takes the audience on a beautiful progression through dance history, from some of the early court dances to one of the oldest narrative comedic classical ballet, in its current form, providing both an educational, fun, and interesting experience for everyone involved.

June 8 – 26 - Student/Youth for ages 8-15+yrs
June 8 – 26 & July 6-24 - Open Intensive for ages 11-19+yrs
July 6 – 24 & August 3 – 21 - Intensive in Leavenworth, WA for ages 13 – 17+ yrs
July 27 – 31 - Pre-Professional Intensive (by audition) for serious students ages 14 – 23 yrs
August 3-21 - Adult Summer Ballet Workshop for ages 16+ years

ARC Dance Company
ARC Dance operates a 9,000 square foot facility in the North Ballard/Crown Hill neighborhood of Seattle. ARC serves the community through its school’s dance training programs as well as professional company concerts at the Leo Kreielsheimer and Bagley Wright Theatres at Seattle Center. The Company fosters the art of dance by producing the creative work of current dance makers on an ensemble of classically-trained, professional dancers.
