ARC Dance Company returns to the stage with Summer Season 2026 on August 6 through 8 in a mixed-bill program with three premier dance works by choreographers Rena Butler (NYC), Marika Brussel (London, UK), and Marie Chong (ARC) as well as the reprise of Stephanie Rae William’s (Dance Theatre of Harlem), Garden of Love (2021), an audience favorite. This summer program marks ARC’s 28th season in Seattle and the first time it is presenting in the Erickson Theatre.

Artistic Director Marie Chong: “All of the dances in Summer Season 2026—three of them new—are created by female choreographers. I am very pleased to commission Rena Butler for a new dance with the Company, as we had worked together at Dance Theatre of Harlem in 2020. I am excited to see what Rena creates on our dancers in pointe shoes. Also, we hope to reach a wider audience by moving our Summer Season to the Erickson Theatre on Capitol Hill from the Leo K at Seattle Center.”
