COVID-19 Update:
Governor Jay Inslee and the Washington State Department of Health have mandated a closure of all public gatherings due to the continued spread of coronavirus. We have spent the last few weeks working hard to explore every option possible in the face of this global health crisis and national emergency. We are so grateful to all of you who have been so patient and kind as we navigate these uncharted waters.
During these unprecedented times, we want you to know that the safety and well-being of our, faculty, staff, dancers, students, audience, and community are of utmost priority. For that reason, we have canceled the re-scheduled Spring Dance Performance on June 7, 2020.
Arc School of Ballet (ASB) and guests from: ARC Dance Company, come together to present the biennial Spring Dance performance on June 7, 2020. The shows present the viewer with a rich palette of historical dance.
Arc School of Ballet and ARC Dance recreate courtly dances from the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries.
This family-friendly performance takes the audience on a beautiful progression through dance history. Beginning with early court dances and finishing with classical ballet in its current form, the performances provide an educational and interesting experience for the audience.
Approximate running time of performance is 75 minutes with one 15 minute intermission.
