SUMMARY:Youth Dance Company Auditions
DESCRIPTION:YOUTH Dance Company (YDC) is open to dedicated students ages 12- 18+ years old currently training in The School\, as selected by the Artistic Director or by audition. The Youth Company offers broad-based performance opportunities supplemental to other school training requirements. \nThe Youth Company is offered the opportunity to rehearse and perform new works by guest choreographers. YDC members perform in 3 to 6 performances a season October through June. \nParticipation in YDC is supplemental to other school program requirements and requires full commitment from its members and their families. Her choreography has been commissioned by Seattle Dance Project\, Connecticut Ballet\, Bucknell University\, Western Washington University. She is thrilled to return to Seattle to create a new work for ARC Dance Company\, where she was the resident choreographer from 2007-2011.
